       I.            Social – The Human Knot Icebreaker
    II.            Banquet
-          Bring parents and siblings alike, everyone come if you can
-          April 25th, 2013 at 6:00

 III.            Open House
-          Went well!
-          However, more members need to come.
 IV.            Final Meeting
-          Goals: 45 mediations this year
-          Homerooms seemed to have work, students have been coming and requesting mediations
-          Attendance needs to improve overall. One solution is to make more announcements both morning and afternoon. Remember that you only have two meetings before we take a look at the point system
-          Points system is still active and counting. We have some high flyers, and some who are not performing so well.

-          Each leader has certain responsibilities, so be sure you are ready to take on any additional work it may require.

-          Last year was a blast! They stayed two nights and three days. Planning and fun galore for all those who come!
-          It’s for anyone who wants to t get involved and wants to take part, not just leaders!

-          The seniors spoke about their experience at Campbell and in the group

-          - Attendance is mandatory

VI. Leadership positions
-      - If you are interested in a leadership position, contact Ms. Richardson or 11st Sergeant Burns
-          - Available: Posters, announcements, articulation, mediation count, attendance/contracts/logs, homerooms, newcomers group, social, teaching/training, minutes/point system
-          - Expectations for leaders are meeting attendance, overall attendance and participation, accountability and commitment to the work

VII. Point System
-     - Trainees are needed for next year. We need people ready to be accountable and to train for the point system and minutes.
-         - If you have any points to report, get them to Mark! The point system is working away and if you do not have enough points you will be held accountable.
